How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your Orza account and all associated data directly from within the app by following these steps:

  1. Open the Orza app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings (bottom navigation bar)
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account
  4. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete permanently

⚠️ This action is irreversible. All your financial data, accounts, budgets, and transactions will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately from our servers.

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance, please contact us at tsukiyo.labs.orza@outlook.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
